Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English. You are ready to work in a high-tech environment and are open to learning and growing your skills through training programs offered by Carvana.

Desirable

Experience with brake and tire services is a plus, but not mandatory. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools is essential. You are a team player who values collaboration and is committed to delivering high-quality service to customers.

What you'll do

As an Automotive Technician at Carvana, you will perform light maintenance and repairs, including changing brakes and tires. You will conduct routine inspections and maintenance, ensuring that vehicles meet safety standards. Your role will involve basic mechanical repairs for brake pads, calipers, rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the preparation of low-mileage, late-model cars for sale.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers, as you help ensure that every vehicle is ready for the road.
