Who you are
You have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in wheel and rim repair, demonstrating your ability to handle deep wheel damage effectively. You are familiar with using wheel repair machines and have experience in painting and clear-coating wheels, ensuring high-quality finishes. Your attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results align with Carvana's mission to provide outstanding customer experiences. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to meet business needs. You possess a valid driverβs license and can communicate effectively in English.
Desirable
While not required, any additional certifications related to automotive repair or ASE certifications would be a plus. Experience with high-tech tools and equipment in an automotive setting can enhance your candidacy.
What you'll do
As an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing wheels with deep damage, ensuring that each repair meets the company's high standards. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools and equipment in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall quality of the vehicles we deliver to our customers. Your role will involve assessing the condition of wheels, executing repairs, and applying paint and clear-coat finishes to restore wheels to their original condition. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and support your career growth within the company. Your commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction will be essential as you work alongside other technicians to deliver exceptional service.
