Who you are
You have at least 1 year of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail sector. As an Automotive Technician, you are skilled in performing light maintenance and repairs, particularly in brake and tire services. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed. You possess a valid driverβs license and can communicate effectively in English.
Desirable
Experience with state-of-the-art tools and technology in automotive repair is a plus. You are open to learning and growing within the company, taking advantage of training programs to enhance your skills and career progression.
What you'll do
As an Automotive Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections and maintenance, including changing brakes and tires. You will conduct basic mechanical repairs for brake pads, calipers, rotors, and tire installations, ensuring that vehicles are safe and ready for customers. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing advanced tools to deliver quality service. Your role will also involve collaborating with team members to meet customer expectations and maintain high standards of service.
