Who you are

You have a strong analytical background with experience in workforce management, focusing on evaluating and improving performance metrics. Your ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data allows you to provide valuable insights that align with business objectives. You are skilled in creating reports and communicating findings effectively to leadership, ensuring that operational teams understand the implications of your analyses. You possess a solid understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements, which helps you navigate the complexities of workforce management.

You are proficient in SQL and have experience using analytics and statistical techniques to drive decision-making. Your ability to multitask and prioritize effectively enables you to manage various projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail. You are comfortable presenting complex data in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and through graphical representations, making it easier for senior leaders to grasp key trends and insights.

What you'll do

In this role, you will gather and analyze information related to the Advocate Team's volume and productivity, utilizing various research methodologies and statistical techniques. You will create detailed business analyses that address problems, solutions, and opportunities for the Customer Care Department. Your responsibilities will include developing optimal schedules for new hires and performing interval-level forecasting to ensure that staffing meets service level requirements.

You will also be responsible for creating reports in Sigma, drawing data from multiple sources to provide comprehensive insights. Your role will involve monitoring adherence to schedules and making necessary adjustments to optimize team performance. Additionally, you will provide training and oversight to Specialists, ensuring they are equipped to meet departmental goals. You will play a key role in planning departmental offsites and events, contributing to team cohesion and morale.
