You have experience in workforce management or a related field, demonstrating your ability to analyze staffing needs and optimize resources effectively. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. What you'll do
In this role, you will perform constant real-time monitoring of incoming volume, performance, pace to plan, and service levels across multiple queues and work areas. You will maintain a deep understanding of business priorities and requirements, becoming an expert in Oscar's teams and systems. Your decision-making authority will allow you to rebalance staffing and adjust queues and schedules to meet operational targets effectively. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Clinical Operations, providing insights and recommendations based on your analysis. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the Clinical Operations team, ensuring that Oscar continues to deliver exceptional service to its members.
What we offer
Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $63,200 - $82,950 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes participation in an unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
