Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of creating a positive experience for customers and are eager to contribute to a team that values happiness in the car-buying process. You possess strong communication skills and can effectively engage with customers in various situations. You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business. You are at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license, ensuring you can fulfill the delivery aspects of the role.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Vehicle Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. You will engage with customers on their driveways, providing them with the information they need and answering any questions they may have. You will also play a role in community involvement, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your shift will require availability from 7am to 5pm or 11am to 9pm, and you will work 7 days a week with rotating days off. You will have opportunities for performance-based pay increases and be part of a team that is committed to your growth and success.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $20/hr, with the potential to increase your earnings based on performance. You can progress from $20/hr to $22/hr within your first year through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides merit opportunities every 90 days.
