Carvana is hiring a Customer Delivery Driver to deliver happiness to customers and engage with the local community. This role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $18/hr.
Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of building relationships and creating positive experiences for customers. You are ready to embrace the 'Hauler-Life' and contribute to reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. You possess a valid driver's license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
What you'll do
As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' driveways, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. You will engage with customers in a friendly manner, answering any questions they may have about their new vehicle. Your role will also involve participating in community events to promote Carvana's mission and values. You will work a shift from 11am to 9pm, with a rotating schedule that includes weekends.
