What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' driveways, ensuring that each delivery is a positive experience. You will engage with customers, answer any questions they may have, and represent Carvana's commitment to customer satisfaction. Your role will involve not just delivering cars, but also building relationships within the local community, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $20/hr, with opportunities for increases based on performance. You can expect to see your pay progress from $20/hr to $22/hr within your first year through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program.
