What you'll do

As a Customer Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during vehicle deliveries. You will engage with customers on their driveways, ensuring they have a memorable experience as they receive their vehicles. Your role will involve not only delivering cars but also getting involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce joy into the car-buying process. You will be expected to work various shifts, including mornings and evenings, and be available seven days a week, with rotating days off. Your performance will be key to unlocking growth opportunities within the company, as you will have the chance to increase your earnings based on your contributions and success in the role.
