What you'll do
As a Customer Experience Advocate at Carvana, you will be at the forefront of our mission to transform the car-buying experience. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring that each delivery is a positive and memorable experience. You will engage with customers on the driveway, providing them with the information they need and answering any questions they may have. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in the local community, representing Carvana and building relationships that foster goodwill and trust. Your role will require you to work flexible hours, including weekends, as you help us meet the needs of our customers. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation, working together to create a seamless and enjoyable car-buying process for all.
What we offer
Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $20/hr, with opportunities for significant growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at regular intervals, with the potential to earn up to $22/hr within your first year through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program.
