You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of building relationships and creating positive experiences for customers. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with a diverse range of individuals. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle challenges as they arise. You possess a valid driver's license and are comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends. You are committed to contributing to a positive team culture and are eager to grow within the company.
What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. You will work closely with your team to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. Your performance will directly impact your earning potential, with opportunities for merit-based pay increases every 90 days. You will be expected to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs.
What we offer
Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $20/hr, with the potential to increase to $22/hr within your first year based on performance.
