What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate, you will be the face of Carvana, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our services, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve engaging with customers both in person and through various communication channels, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. You will also have the opportunity to participate in community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process.
