You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are eager to contribute to a positive car-buying experience. You are reliable, punctual, and possess a valid driver's license. You can read, write, speak, and understand English fluently, ensuring effective communication with customers and team members.

What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring they receive their cars in excellent condition. You will engage with customers at their driveways, providing them with a friendly and informative delivery experience. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community events, representing Carvana and promoting our mission to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your shifts will typically run from 7 am to 5 pm, and you will be expected to work 7 days a week, with rotating days off.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17, with opportunities for performance-based pay increases every 90 days. You can progress from $17/hr to $19/hr within your first year based on your performance.
