What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your shifts will vary, requiring flexibility to work from 7 am to 9 pm, including weekends. You will be part of a dynamic team that values customer satisfaction and strives to exceed expectations.
What we offer
Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $19/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and within your first year, with the potential to earn up to $21/hr.
