What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your shift will require flexibility, as you will be available to work various hours throughout the week, including weekends. You will be part of a dynamic team that values your contributions and supports your growth.
What we offer
Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with significant growth opportunities based on performance.
