You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are eager to contribute to a positive car-buying experience. You are adaptable and ready to work in a dynamic environment, available to work 7 days a week with rotating days off. You possess strong communication skills and can effectively engage with customers to ensure their needs are met. You are motivated by performance-based growth opportunities and are excited about the potential to increase your earnings based on your contributions.
Desirable
Experience in the automotive industry or a similar customer service role would be a plus, as it would give you insights into the unique challenges and opportunities in this field. A valid driver's license is essential, as you may need to assist with vehicle deliveries or customer interactions that require driving.
What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, engaging with customers to ensure they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will deliver happiness to customers, whether it's through direct interactions during vehicle deliveries or by participating in community events that promote Carvana's mission. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services and vehicles. You will work closely with your team to maintain high standards of customer service and contribute to a positive work environment. What we offer
Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with opportunities for significant growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at regular intervals, with the potential to earn up to $19/hr within your first year.
