What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve working flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs. You will also participate in community events, helping to reintroduce joy into the car-buying process. Your performance will be recognized through a structured career growth program, allowing you to increase your earnings based on your contributions and success.
What we offer
