What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of our company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. You will also participate in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your role will involve working various shifts, including mornings and evenings, to accommodate customer needs. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services.
