Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to connect with customers effectively and address their needs. You are adaptable and can work various shifts, including weekends, to meet the demands of the role. You are ready to embrace the 'Hauler-Life' and be part of a team that values happiness and community engagement.
What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve not only assisting customers but also participating in local community initiatives to promote Carvana's mission. You will work various shifts, including early mornings and late evenings, to accommodate customer needs and ensure that you are available when they need you most. Your performance will be recognized through a structured growth program that offers merit-based pay increases every 90 days, allowing you to unlock your earning potential quickly.
