You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically makes you a natural advocate for customer happiness. You are adaptable and ready to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers. You possess a valid driver's license and are comfortable driving vehicles as part of your role. You are at least 21 years of age and can pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the face of Carvana, delivering happiness to customers during vehicle deliveries. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a positive experience as they receive their vehicles. Your role will also involve participating in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. You will work closely with your team to manage delivery schedules and ensure that all customer interactions are handled with care and professionalism. You will be part of a performance-based program that offers growth opportunities based on your contributions and success in the role.
