What you'll do

As a Customer Service Coordinator at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their vehicle delivery experience. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout the car-buying process. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services.
