Desirable

Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required. A valid driver's license and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, are essential for this role. You are comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and are eager to learn and grow within the company.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. Your role will involve answering questions, providing information about vehicles, and assisting with any concerns that may arise. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your shifts will vary, requiring availability from 7 am to 9 pm, including weekends, to accommodate customer needs. You will be part of a performance-based program that allows you to increase your earnings based on your contributions and success.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $18/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and within your first year, potentially reaching $20/hr.
