What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering exceptional service to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support throughout the buying process.
