What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support throughout the buying process. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, further enhancing the Carvana brand. What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can progress from $17/hr to $19/hr within your first year through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides merit opportunities every 90 days.
