What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' driveways, ensuring that each delivery is a positive experience. You will engage with customers, answer any questions they may have, and provide them with the necessary information about their new vehicle. Your role will involve not just delivering cars but also reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process, making each interaction memorable.

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $18/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at regular intervals, with the potential to earn up to $20/hr within your first year through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program.
