You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Your strong communication skills allow you to connect with people easily, and you are committed to reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. You are flexible with your schedule, ready to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will assist customers at the Inspection Center, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. Your role will involve answering questions, providing information about our services, and addressing any concerns that may arise. You will also have the opportunity to engage with the local community, representing Carvana and building relationships that foster goodwill and trust.
