Job Description
Who you are
You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive parts experience, which has equipped you with the knowledge necessary to assist customers effectively. Your excellent customer service and communication skills enable you to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. You possess a solid understanding of automotive parts, tools, and systems, allowing you to accurately identify and recommend parts based on customer and technician needs. You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining compliance with safety and OEM standards.
What you'll do
As a Parts Specialist at Carvana, you will greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying the right automotive parts. You will be responsible for sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts for both customers and the internal shop team. Processing sales transactions, including parts orders and returns, will be a key part of your role. You will maintain a clean and organized parts counter and stock room, ensuring that inventory is managed effectively. Collaborating with the internal shop team and suppliers, you will ensure timely delivery of parts and provide technical support and advice to customers regarding parts compatibility and installation. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly and professionally will be essential to your success in this position.
