What you'll do
As the Parts Manager at Carvana, you will lead all aspects of the dealership's service operations, ensuring that revenue and gross profit targets are met. You will oversee a team of up to 40 members, conducting daily and weekly performance reviews to analyze KPIs and implement necessary action plans. Your role will involve driving consistent execution of operating standards, including safety protocols and standardized work processes.
You will be responsible for managing the relationship with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and ensuring compliance with their standards. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of operational excellence and customer satisfaction within the dealership.
