You have a proven track record in managing service operations within a dealership environment, demonstrating your ability to lead teams effectively and drive customer satisfaction. Your experience includes overseeing performance metrics and implementing action plans to achieve revenue and profit targets. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to review and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction index (CSI) and technician efficiency. What you'll do

As the Parts Manager at Carvana, you will lead all aspects of the dealership's service operations, ensuring that revenue and gross profit targets are met. You will oversee a team of up to 40 members, conducting daily and weekly performance reviews to analyze KPIs and implement necessary action plans. Your role will involve driving consistent execution of operating standards, including safety protocols and standardized work processes.

You will be responsible for managing the relationship with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and ensuring compliance with their standards. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of operational excellence and customer satisfaction within the dealership. You will also play a key role in training and developing your team, helping them to achieve their professional goals while contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
