What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate, you will be the face of Carvana, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. You will also participate in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce joy into the car-buying process. Your role will involve working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive attitude and fostering a welcoming environment for all customers. You will have the opportunity to grow your earnings through performance-based incentives and merit increases, allowing you to advance your career within the company.

What we offer
