What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, engaging with customers to ensure they have a seamless car-buying experience. You will deliver happiness by assisting customers during their vehicle delivery and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Your role will involve actively participating in community initiatives, helping to reintroduce joy into the car-buying process.
