You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, demonstrating your ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service. Your passion for delivering happiness is evident in your interactions, whether you're assisting customers on the driveway or engaging with the local community. You are adaptable and ready to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can fulfill the role's requirements effectively.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be at the forefront of transforming the car-buying experience. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey. You will deliver vehicles directly to customers, creating memorable moments that reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Additionally, you will participate in community initiatives, representing Carvana and fostering positive relationships within the local area. Your role will involve working various shifts, including mornings and evenings, to accommodate customer schedules and ensure availability seven days a week.
