Overview

Carvana is seeking a Customer Service Delivery Advocate to enhance the car-buying experience for customers. You'll engage with customers directly and contribute to community initiatives. This role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.

Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, demonstrating your ability to connect with people and provide exceptional service. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are eager to contribute to a positive car-buying experience. You are available to work flexible hours, including weekends, and are ready to embrace the 'Hauler-Life' culture at Carvana. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can fulfill the role's requirements effectively.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers as they navigate the car-buying process. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers on the driveway, answering their questions, and ensuring they have a seamless experience. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying experience. Your role will require you to be adaptable, as you will work various shifts, including mornings and evenings, to meet customer needs.

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $20/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see your pay increase within a short timeframe, with potential earnings reaching up to $22/hr in your first year through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program.
