What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers both on-site and in the community, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, assisting with vehicle deliveries, and addressing any concerns that may arise. You will work closely with your team to maintain high standards of service and contribute to the overall success of the company. Your role will also involve participating in community events to promote Carvana and its mission of reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process.
What we offer
Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $19/hr with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can boost your earnings within a short timeframe, progressing from $19/hr to $22.25/hr in your first year through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program.
