You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the demands of the role. You understand the importance of building relationships and are committed to reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process.
What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of our company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, reinforcing our commitment to customer satisfaction and community engagement.
