Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, demonstrating your ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service. You understand the importance of delivering happiness and are eager to contribute to a positive car-buying experience. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to engage effectively with customers and team members alike. You are adaptable and ready to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can fulfill the role's requirements.
What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of our company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve not only assisting customers but also getting involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce joy into the car-buying process. You will work in shifts that may vary, including early mornings and late evenings, and you will be part of a team that rotates days off between weekdays and weekends. Your performance will directly impact your earning potential, with opportunities for growth based on your contributions to the team.
What we offer
Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $20/hr, with the potential for increases based on performance. You can progress to $22/hr within your first year through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides merit opportunities every 90 days.
