What you'll do
As a Customer Service Advocate at Carvana, you will be at the forefront of our unique car-buying experience, assisting customers with our innovative Vending Machine service and addressing their inquiries. You will work closely with your team to ensure that every customer feels valued and supported throughout their journey. Your role will involve engaging with customers both in-person and over the phone, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions. You will also participate in community events, representing Carvana and helping to build relationships within the local area. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will drive your success in this role, as you work to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process.
