What you'll do

As a Diesel Technician at Carvana, you will be a key part of our Fleet Maintenance team, responsible for ensuring that our Class 8 fleet is safe and reliable. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks on day cabs and trailers, all under manufacturer warranty, which means you will focus on preventive maintenance rather than major overhauls. Your role will involve diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and conducting routine inspections to keep our vehicles in top condition.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in internal training programs, including classroom time for DTNA ARC Certification, which will enhance your skills and knowledge in the field. You will work closely with other technicians and team members to foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes safety and efficiency. Your contributions will directly impact the reliability of our fleet and the overall success of Carvana's operations.
