You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a rapidly growing team. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

Desirable

Experience with fleet maintenance and a passion for vehicle safety are highly valued. ASE certification is a plus, and you are open to further training and development opportunities.

What you'll do

As a Diesel Technician at Carvana, you will be a key member of the Fleet Maintenance team, responsible for maintaining and repairing our Class 8 fleet. Your day-to-day tasks will include performing routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on trucks and trailers to ensure they are safe and reliable. You will work closely with your team to address any mechanical issues and contribute to a culture of safety and efficiency. You will also have opportunities for growth and advancement within the company, including internal training and certification programs.
