You have at least 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience, which has equipped you with the skills necessary to perform light bodywork tasks effectively. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle meets high standards of quality before it reaches the customer. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet business demands.

You are familiar with various automotive bodywork techniques, including prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles. Your experience may also include removing and installing bumpers, minor plastic welding, and performing small area bodywork such as Bondo repair. You understand the importance of using state-of-the-art tools and equipment to achieve the best results in your work.

What you'll do

As an Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing light bodywork on vehicles to prepare them for sale. This includes prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles to ensure they are in excellent condition. You will also be tasked with removing and installing bumpers, conducting minor plastic welding, and performing small area bodywork repairs. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that every vehicle meets Carvana's high standards before it is delivered to customers.

You will work in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools and equipment to carry out your tasks efficiently.
