You have at least 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. You understand the importance of attention to detail and are committed to delivering high-quality work. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs, ensuring that customer expectations are met. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As an Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for paint, which includes sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing. You will work in a high-tech Inspection Center, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to ensure that vehicles are ready for the painting process. Your role is crucial in maintaining the quality and efficiency of the vehicle preparation process, contributing to the overall customer experience. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training programs that will help you develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
