Carvana is hiring an Auto Paint Prepper for their 2nd shift to prep vehicles for paint. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.
Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of preparing vehicles for paint, including tasks such as sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging, and buffing. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed.
What you'll do
As an Auto Paint Prepper at Carvana, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for paint, ensuring that each vehicle meets the high standards of quality expected by our customers. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, performing tasks such as sanding and masking to prepare vehicles for the painting process. You will also be involved in the teardown and buffing processes, ensuring that every vehicle is ready for its final finish. Your role is crucial in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our operations, and you will receive training to help you grow your skills and advance your career within the company.
