Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle you paint meets high standards of quality. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs, demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for priming vehicles and performing final sanding before the painting process begins. You will also engage in buffing, touch-up work, paint mixing, and airbrush techniques to ensure that each vehicle looks its best. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of our operations. Your role will involve collaborating with other team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
