Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to work with various painting techniques and tools. You understand the importance of precision and quality in automotive painting, ensuring that every vehicle meets high standards. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for priming vehicles and performing final sanding before the painting process begins. You will also engage in buffing, touch-up work, paint mixing, and airbrush techniques to achieve the desired finish. Your role will involve using state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that every vehicle is painted to perfection. You will collaborate with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet production deadlines, contributing to the overall success of the company.
