Who you are

You have at least 6 months of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail sector. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including the possibility of mandatory overtime. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

Desirable

While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair would be a plus. A willingness to learn and grow within the company is highly valued.

What you'll do

As an Automotive Mechanic at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing light maintenance and fluid checks on vehicles. You will conduct quality inspections to identify any imperfections or repairs needed throughout the post-production process. Your role will involve using state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that vehicles meet our high standards before they reach customers. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and career progression within the company.
