Job Description
Who you are
You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail industry. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through quality inspections and maintenance tasks. You possess a valid driverβs license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring you can work well with your team and customers alike.
As an entry-level technician, you are open to learning and growing your skills within the automotive field. You are a team player who understands the importance of collaboration in achieving company goals. You are also willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to meet customer demands and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
What you'll do
In this role, you will perform light maintenance and fluid checks on vehicles, ensuring they meet quality standards before delivery. You will conduct thorough inspections to identify any imperfections or repairs needed throughout the post-production process. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining Carvana's reputation for quality and reliability.
You will work in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools and equipment.
