You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating your ability to handle extensive repairs and heavy engine work. Your expertise includes advanced vehicle diagnostics, allowing you to troubleshoot and resolve complex automotive issues effectively. You are skilled in repairing advanced vehicle electrical systems and have experience with installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems. Your knowledge extends to working on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles, showcasing your versatility in the automotive field.

You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You understand the importance of working collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure that vehicles are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards. You are open to working mandatory overtime when necessary, demonstrating your dedication to the mission of the company. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

What you'll do

As an Automotive Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repairs and diagnostics on vehicles. This includes conducting extensive repairs and heavy engine work, as well as troubleshooting advanced vehicle electrical issues. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers to ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards. Your role will involve diagnosing and repairing vehicles of all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles, which requires a strong understanding of modern automotive technologies.

You will also participate in training programs if you are joining in an entry-level position, ensuring that your skills and pay progress alongside the company.
