What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support throughout the buying process. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying experience. Your performance will be recognized through our Careers Not Jobs program, which offers merit-based pay increases and growth opportunities.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $22/hr with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can boost your earnings within a short timeframe, progressing from $22/hr to $24/hr in your first year through our performance-based program.
