You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically makes you a natural fit for this role. You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs. You understand the importance of building relationships and are committed to reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. You are at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license, allowing you to assist customers effectively.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers on their driveways. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the car-buying process. You will also participate in local community initiatives, helping to strengthen Carvana's presence and reputation. Your role will require you to be available for shifts that may include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, as customer satisfaction is a top priority. You will have opportunities for growth and advancement based on your performance, with a structured program that rewards your contributions.

What we offer
