You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are eager to build a career in a fast-paced environment. You understand the importance of delivering happiness to customers and are ready to lead the charge in reintroducing joy into the car-buying process. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to connect with customers effectively and ensure their needs are met. You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to provide exceptional service. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can fulfill the role's requirements.
What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. Your role will involve not only assisting customers but also getting involved in local community initiatives, helping to strengthen Carvana's presence and reputation.
