Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, demonstrating your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs. You are passionate about delivering exceptional service and reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. Your strong communication skills enable you to engage effectively with customers and your team. You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the demands of the role. You possess a valid driver's license and are comfortable driving vehicles as part of your responsibilities. You are at least 21 years of age and can pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. You will also get involved in local community initiatives, helping to build Carvana's reputation as a customer-centric organization. Your role will require you to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as you rotate days off. You will have the opportunity to grow your earnings through performance-based incentives, with a starting pay of $19/hr and potential increases based on your performance.
